Researchers can read thoughts to decipher what a person is actually seeing

Here is a fascinating article that reinforces the work of Ray Kurzweil and his book, the singularity is near.  Basically the article is about the ability to track via live scanning a single human thought.  It is early days in this field, but the science is rapidly approaching boundaries considered science fiction just a few years ago....and ever faster we go, to we know not where or what.
