Charlie Munger, Warren Buffett's business partner is another son of Omaha, who keeps things simple by reducing complexity via multiple mental frameworks. Charlie is a little more direct in approach and less approachable to the layman, but understands key concepts such as feedback loops, linked systems and human behavioral biases. He is also big on ethics. I strongly recommend his book.
He isn't very big on the win at all costs attitude of the alpha male type. He is also not very impressed with Wall Street. Pretty interesting stuff from one of the world's best investors.
